Scam Scam Scam. Paid $118.00 for flowers. They sent emailing confirming delivery. No flowers ever arrived. this compnay appears to scam thousands of people. I have filed complaint to get money refunded. Use other services.

Terrible company something should be done! Twice I ordered and both times paid for same day service and wasnt delivered. Received messages about attempting delivery and then that it was delivered when it wasnt. **************** was ZERO help. They didnt care kept me on hold to keep reviewing the order with no solution except to try to send again. Why would I want the delivery after the occasion? Dont use this company and they are very expensive with terrible service

I was trying to have a present for my girlfriend from this company and it was a completely mistake. They never make the delivery on time they just said "We attempted to deliver your gift, but we were unable to do so". I called customer service, 25 minutes to answer just to hear. "I'm sorry" no you're not!. I hope a get my money back, because now I have to wait 10 business days to get it back. Let see.

I have attempted three times to have flowers delivered to my mother. I have been told that they have been delivered but have no proof of delivery. Sent two additional redeliveries and None have been sent. Contacted customer service and got run around about refunds. Said they couldnt refund because redelivery was already issued. Finally said supervisor would approve refund. I have not seen yet. Dont use this company as you will be very disappointed. Calls are Outsourced to other countries and they cant get anything done. Ordered flowers, candy etc. paid extra to have it delivered today…. Never came, and can only chat with computer (when I asked for an agent, it said one will be available in 1 minute) this happened 3 times - no one ever spoke with me. Total BS, horrible customer service- and a complete scam. I used them a lot over my life, but never again….. DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY on this **** COMPANY!!!!!

Decided to use 1-800 Flowers to send my daughter and fiance flowers. My daughters flowers were delivered (thats why I'm giving them 2 stars) BUT after $124 for an arrangement for my fiancé, her arrangement was never delivered. Even after they sent me a delivery confirmation. It's Valentines Day guys, NOT the day to drop the ball. You know I should have just gone to the florist myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!This company is a complete joke! My son ordered flowers for his wife for Valentines day to be deivered and they were never received. **************** is a joke, Every agent he "chatted" with could not access his order and they profusely apologized for ruining the holiday. Thats what the robo-script says as an automatic response. You can't talk t anyone on the phone either. They are worthless!!!!!It wouldn't let me submit the review without a star rating, I give them ZERO STARS!!!!

This is a horrible company that has been tricking people for years and should not still be allow to be in business. The products on this website are fraudulent and not at all what is being delivered to companies. They need to be investigated and shut down. They continue to take customers money while delivering most people nothing or nothing close to what they ordered. Horrible service. Ordered at maybe 3am Valentine’s Day. No option for time of delivery, called a rep, she said the delivery would be made before my fiancé got out of work at 3pm. It was noted and I know because 2 agents told me. Than wrote on ******** because Customer service had me on hold over a half hour. No delivery was made. Will never, ever, ever work with them again. I’ll just do it myself.
