Flower deliver was very poor quality.HORRIBLE customer service. Engaged customer service agent on chat for over an hour and still not confident that problem is resolved. Requested supervisor 30 minutes into chat conversation and after lengthy delays, agent kept asking why I wanted supervisor. Finally, after over an hour, the agent finally advised that supervisor not available.This business needs to be review by regulatory agencies for fraudulent practices. Worst service Ive ever had. I literally havent even heard of anyone ever receiving such bad service. My order was never delivered. They said they could deliver 2 days late. Then told me what I ordered was out of stock. Then said it would be in stock a week later and they could deliver then. Then called back and said that wouldnt work either and they would need to replace the item with something different. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ordered flowers that were wilted. Requested a replacement order five days ago. Have not received confirmation email from vendor though I should have received it 4 days ago. I keep calling daily - they keep promising an email within an hour and it never comes. I escalated to a supervisor, and ******* is more hideous than anyone I have spoken to at the staff level. I want to *** these jerks. Horrible. I ordered flowers for a family members very first Mothers Day and not only did the flowers not arrive on Mothers Day, but no one could explain to me what happened. The call center is based outside of ******, and was incapable of fixing anything. I used to order from them all the time but will not be using ***** flowers in the future. Completely inept. Use a different company if you care about your *****************

Should have done my research, ordered flowers for same day delivery. Told it would be delivered before 5pm and it wasn't, on top of that I literally watch my mom come to the door of our home without her flowers while the agent told me she received them. Most frustrating part is trying to get a reorder and being told it would come ASAP only to find out that it would be next week and when I asked for a cancellation they gave me attitude. Same as all the others. They said flowers were delivered and they have not. Why is BBB not doing anything? Should I report BBB maybe to the ************************** I don't understand. Where is the support for the general consumer? I want to know what is being done...is this only a place to log complaints and nothing happens?? if fine...but represent your business correctly please.

Someone was kind enough to gift me a dozen roses for Mothers Day. I open the box and the roses are no longer on the stems with the exception of 4 roses. Have called into customer service and it was the most horrible experience!! They would not do anything about the order and refused to help. I didnt want the person who sent the flowers to know there was an issue but they kept trying to call them instead of making things right. The representative had such an attitude and said what do you want me to do about it?

Or zero stars to be more accurate! I ordered cookies and flowers for Mother's day to be delivered on Friday the 12th. The cookies came on Friday the 5th and the flowers came on Saturday the 13th with no water in the vase and broken flowers. Very upsetting. I will never use 1800Flowers again and I recommend that ***** should never be used for any deliveries EVER. They are the worst delivery service in the world. They use contracted drivers that do not do their jobs. Such a terrible and disappointing experience.

Their system allowed me to spend over $100, knowing there was no florist in my area that would work with them. Went to the birthday dinner with my wife and flowers never showed. So disappointed. They even sent an email that the order was being processed for delivery. Called them next day to have a computer tell me it was too late to change the order. Finally got a person in a call center, with what sounded like hundreds of people apologizing to hundreds on the phone. They are a scam, and use your money for up to 10 days. I c... read more
