This is the worst flower company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT order from them!I ordered flowers for a funeral to pay my respect since I couldn't attend. I placed the order days before the funeral. Asked that they arrive at 12noon. To make a long story short. They never arrived. I had to call 800 flowers to put in a complaint. They told me it would take 10 business to receive my credit back. Absolute worst! Ordered a flower arrangement /dipped strawberries combo for mothers day. It showed up at my house in ** instead if hers in **. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service (***) who was arguing about the delivery address vs the billing address. I have sent several deliveries to my mom in the past. HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers in January to be delivered in May for Mother's Day to my Mother in Law. Four months in advance! The day came for them to be delivered, May 12, I received a delivery confirmation email, nothing ever arrived. So I spoke with **************** and they said it would show up by 8 pm, then 9 pm...nothing showed up. I emailed on Saturday and they tried to give me a voucher, lol no thanks. Terrible service!Do not use this company!Ruined our Mothers Day!Ordered flowers, did not receive order. Was told the local florist could not fill order!So you would think they would contact another florist..no!! They didnt do anything about it and didnt even bother to contact me!This was the 2nd time of having trouble with them! DO NOT USE THEM!!Will never use again!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order. Everything that you read here is true. My daughter had her firs baby 2 weeks before mother's day, I placed my order 7 days in advance. It was never delivered, all you get is excuses. Save yourself the aggravation, call the local flower shop. This compony is HORRIBLE

So many disappointing issues! There are lots of amazing florists out there, please do your homework and spend your time and money on someone else. If I could upload pictures I dont think anyone would use this company again. I purchased a beautiful arrangement of tulips and irises but what was delivered were a few small stems with tulips and irises, not even enough to fill the vase. Sad and embarrassing to have this arrangement sent for our mom on Mothers Day.

Worst Customer Service, I am a Customer service Manager & have never experienced this in my lifetime, I have talked to over 6 Reps just to get my refund - they messed up the address 3 times, everyone was rude, it took me over a week and 30 mins just to speak with a supervisor who couldn't even get my refund. Please use them! don't waste your money 1-800 flowers is a SCAM

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and paid extra for next day shipping. They never arrived. I finally got a hold of someone that Sunday night (Mother's Day) who said all they could do is cancel that order (which was already in transit) and replace it. However the replacement wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. They said they would refund the cost of the shipping. The replacement order arrived the next day.
