This place is terrible! I ordered a same day delivery for my friends birthday and it did not arrive. The next day they told me it would arrive a week later. They said that item wasnt available for same day delivery. So, how was I able to order and pay for it?! At least I got a refund. Do not order from them!

Spent more money on a larger bouquet and a smaller was received. **************** informed me they sent a replacement, never received. They then sent another replacement, never received. May have had something to do with the local florist being over 59 miles away in a different state. That was the second bouquet I didnt get what I paid for. I let the first one slide. Ill never do business with 1800flowers again and would not recommend them.

If you actually want your gift delivered just order direct from a florist. These people are liars. I paid for expedited shipping and it wasnt delivered. They essentially told me they give me a credit for the inconvenience of ruining my gift and making me look like I forgot a very important day and that my flowers would get delivered eventually. They still havent been delivered. Total waste of time and money.

Told me flowers couldn't be delivered because nobody was home. Not true. Then 5 hours later said they delivered. Mom never got them. Scammers! Do not buy from these frauds!

Our company collected money for a sympathy basket upgrade based on picture and contents that were listed. We are not only disgusted and appalled but embarrassed to say the least as what they received was absolute garbage and looked like it came from dollar store. Do not waste your money. DISSATISFIED!!! Would have given zero stars if possible.

I have now been scammed by both ************************************* Both awful. The gift basket I sent that was delivered today the photo of course was so cute and adorable, and I thought a good thing to send to someone who lost their mom that lives 8 hours away. They sent me a photo of what they actually received today and it was very upsetting and disappointing. I dont know how they keep getting away with this. Ordered a pastel spray for my mothers funeral. The picture on the web site was beautiful. Full of flowers. A variety of pink flowers with some white ones mixed in. Pink was her favorite color. When I saw the arrangement at the church I almost cried. It was all white with 3 blue flowers stuck in the middle. A lot of the daisies had more than half their petals missing and there were artificial flowers stuck in randomly. The spray was small and sparse and looked a week old. Heartbroken and so disappointed

This company is a scam. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers from their website for about $90. The flowers were to be sent along with a sympathy note to a beloved family friend who just lost her sister. The flowers were delivered but looked nothing like the pic on the web- it was the ugliestbouquetive ever seen literally. Just hideous. I reached out to a rep who was very apologetic and promised a re delivery at no charge for me. I have a problem any time I try using this company. You pay extra for specific time windows and the flowers are NEVER delivered on time. They have screwed me over anytime I try to do something special for a loved one. They need to be shut down.
