When ordering they have a passport you can purchase for free deliveries- do not by this product. I ordered a bouquet of flowers the vase sent looked nothing like the photo . I was refunded for the flowers. I sent a fruit box - chocolate - it arrived 24 hours later than arrival time - all the fruit was hot. The frozen packs were warm. Made a same day delivery at 3AM for a friend who was at work from 7AM-3PM. They apparently deliver from 9AM-5PM. The app says the flowers were delivered but she had never received them. So at this point she now knows about the surprise gift. I contact the company and they say the flowers were not delivered yet but dont worry theyll be there by 5pm!!!! She left at 3! I placed an order on Sat AM. I was told if I placed it in 3 hours, 13 minutes guaranteed deliver by 5PM. It didnt happen. Now told it would be next day by 5PM. I called at 4:45 And was now told hospital delivery is until 8PM. Called at 8, no delivery. Very poor service
I ordered my fianc a classic gourmet basket on 09/6/23 to be delivered 09/09/23. Ordered was in transit on 09/11/23. I called on 09/13/23 and customer services told me the order was out for delivery today. They offered my shipping cost refunded and a $20 credit for next purchase. I will never use this service again!!! If you want a gift to arrive for special occasion i would suggest using another reliable company.
Been a Passport customer for a while. I did a same day order. It showed delivered at noon but my sister never received after a chat and several phone calls they said it had not been delivered and would be by 8pm. Still nothing so they resubmitted order. I get and attempt made note while I was on the phone with her. I didnt hear any doorbell and neither did she nor any note. Then I get another note that says its being prepared. Another several calls and chats but still no flowers just lies.
A friend ordered flowers for my birthday last week. She got delivery confirmation and called me this weekend to ask how I liked the flowers and I had to advise her that I did not receive any flowers. My son ordered flowers delivered internationally to his girlfriend in ******. They arrived infested with bugs. She had to throw the bouquet away. My son was embarrassed and heartbroken. He is 20 years old and this was a big deal to him that this company ruined. They did at least give him a refund.
I had a Sympathy fruit basket sent to a friend. They contacted me immediately to thank me and rave about the beautiful and freshness of the basket. Thank you to the employees involved with assembling this basket and thank you for speedy delivery. I will highly recommend this company
On 24 Aug I did an order for a wreath for a fellow veteran who passed away. His home-going was on 1 Sep so I had plenty of time so I thought, on 31 Aug at 10:00 am central time I received a text stating that my arrangement had been delivered.
