Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Paid extra for delivery between 9am and noon. they showed up at 3:15 and looked terrible. I spent good money for the x large size and they looked small and wilty. Terrible customer service. So so disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered flowers for a special occasion well in advance of the special day. Order never arrived and when trying to resolve the situation with customer service, they refused to refund the money for the order. They are merely focused on getting your money not service as their review reflect.

Do not order from this company. I ordered fruit with balloons for a birthday and it was not delivered. I called customer service and was given the run around.i emailed and got a response that they would redieliver on the 26th.The person will be out of the country until next year and who wants birthday balloons and fruit way after your birthday. I just want my money refunded

Not even giving this company 1 star. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 28th anniversary. The flowers never showed up on the day it was supposed to. Called that night they said it would be delivered the next day. Never showed up again the next day even tho I got multiple emails saying that it was delivered. Called again spoke with supervisor she assured me it was on the delivery truck and would be delivered by the end of day. Nothing never showed up. Called again and canceled order. I will never use 1800flowers again.

Order chocolate covered strawberries and I was promised that I would receive them between ****am and I called many times only to get the same response: the stores message system is full and the message sent to the store theyve not replied to. I had to step out and I was gone for 45 minutes my delivery showed up and they left me a door tag without any information on it. Zero stars! I cannot recommend enough avoiding using 1-800-Flowers as a florist. I had purchased a beautiful looking bouquet for Bosses Day/Birthday to be delivered during a specific time frame, 10:00am-12:00pm, at our office. They did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they assured me that they were out for delivery and would arrive by 5pm, as is there policy for business deliveries. Ordered flowers on the 18th that I needed changed from the delivery date of the 25th. I talked to a representative explaining I needed to move up the date of the delivery. The recipient was leaving town, which I was unaware of, so I needed to move the date of delivery up. The customer representative told me I could not do that. Do not order from this company - if you have a ****** account then order arrangements from there. They will most likely not send what you ordered and then customer service will argue with you. Do not give them your business
