Worst flower-middleman ever. Dont bother! I ordered a table arrangement, a low tight arrangement in a basket. Got a tall skimpy arrangement, wilting and tired looking, even though I upgraded. Called to complain. They gave me a $20 voucher for future order. OK. Wish it ended there. Instead 2 days later, a creepy guy in an unmarked van drives up to my recipients house (my 90 year old aunt) and demands back the flowers you dont like. Shocked, she gave them back. I had a problem with 1-800Flowers when they refused to deliver the product that I ordered.They substituted CHEAPER strawberries in place of a Birthday Cake that I ordered. After discussing the problem with customer service and a manager, I was told that they would deliver the cake. After 5 days they refused to deliver the cake. I requested a refund and I was told that I may receive less than the amount I paid in the next 10 days. That is unacceptable! I called and had flowers delivered to my mom's job for her anniversary. When I placed the order I informed the person that took my order that my mom leaves at 12pm and I saw on the website that the flowers would be delivered before 5pm. I was assured that the delivery would be there by 12pm because she stated that she contacted the company that would be delivering them after placing me on hold. Zero. Terrible customer service. Bought two large ticket items to be delivered the next day. That didn't happen and now the gifts to a very sick child are being delivered separately on different days in about a week. I did not agree to that, the cake pops will be stale and customer service said sorry, they couldn't help me. I asked to cancel, they said they couldn't nor could they refund my money. I'm beyond ?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Can I give zero stars? I've used them for about two decades to order flowers for family members and loved ones. I placed an order for my wife's birthday and it stated it would be delivered on her birthday, November 5th. The order never came. I contacted their customer service this morning and politely shared the details of my issue. They said my order was scheduled to be delivered today. That is not true. We ordered a Sympathy Basket for a professional colleague who lost his mom. We paid $141 including shipping. The basket that arrived looked nothing like the basket pictured online. The quality and presentation deserve negative stars. We were very embarrassed as an organization. I called Harry and *****'s customer service number as we ordered through their website and all email confirmations were sent to us by them. DO NOT order from her. I have been on the phone for two days about a gift basket that was to be delivered. It was NOT delivered but they told me all day that it was out for delivery and then after the 8pm ETA, they decide to tell me that my order was accidently cancelled that morning but not one agent saw that in the system with MULTIPLE CONTACTS. Now I get to wait 10 days for a refund. The worst outsourcing customer experience I have ever encountered.

I spend over $137.00 for roses for my wife birthday. The roses died within seven days. I have purchased roses from my local store and the roses last for a month. This was a big waste of money. Please avoid purchasing flowers from this company.

Bloomnet was wired from local florist & they used a defunct company to fill expensive order. They showed it delivered but never was. They should lose their BBB endorsement if you want to be effective for the public!!!
