I was merely browsing searching for caramel apples for my coworkers/ nursing staff. As soon as I saw that one small apple was almost $39 with shipping I promptly left site. A few days later received notice that Apple was shipped! I tried everything I could to cancel. Could not reach real person. I placed an order for an arrangement for an out of town funeral. I was assured the flowers would be delivered on time. Two hours before the service I received a call from **** Flowers and was told they could not fulfill the order. There were no flowers in the area. It was very important that the flowers be there. There was no supervisor available to resolve the issue. I was told I would be refunded my money in **** business days. Extremely poor customer service. I will never use this florist again. Truly terrible. About 50% of my orders arrive late, and these are typically for birthdays and special occasions. They can never guarantee delivery, and they never offer a refund without cancelling and intercepting the order so it never arrives.

I placed an order with them for my two year old son's birthday. It was never delivered which is bad enough but they repeatedly lied to me throughout the day and then had the gall to tell me several times that it was delivered when we were sitting at the house waiting for the delivery (calling and texting them) the whole day. Ordered from **** Flowers- Sharis Berries. Bought the chocolate covered strawberries one dozen totaling approximately $70 and it never made it and was not delivered. Have not received a refund. This company needs a class action lawsuit. Scam.

They have a "free delivery" offering called Celebration Passport. I was given the opportuity to get this when I ordered ******************************** pears, which I value. So I signed up and paid the annual membership, thinking it would save me the cost of shipping fruit, whihc I do sometimes, and other gift type products. But when I went to use it for this years Holiday Pears, it turns out the only Harry and ***** products for which you get free shipping are substantially desirable and more expensive. I wish I could give this company a ZERO star review. They lie and steal money. My order was time sensitive, I paid extra to get it delivered the next day. They tell me the order was delivered and it never was. And this seems to happen all the time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MAJOR SCAM.

Order flowers and 30 minutes later received a call that the order could not be fulfilled. They offered to deliver the arrangement 2 days later. I told customer service that would be too late, and would need to cancel the order. She apologized and said it was cancelled. No big deal, things happen so I went through a local store for the arrangements. This company has debited my account for a purchase twice and then tells me its going to be 20 days before my account can be credited. I found their explanation dishonorable and dishonest. I hope what I ordered turns out to be a good purchase but I do not plan on any further business with them.
