Flowers never delivered to recipient, complained and then said would send another, again never delivered. Please be prepared to throw your money away doing business with this company- they literally dont deliver!
This company is straight TRASH. My friend and i ordered flowers for our best friend after her dog passed away. Simple task, youd think not! TWICE they have noted that the flowers delivered to the address but NOTHING. No proof of delivery, nothing. They tried to say that the driver marked the order delivered but it was still on the way. WHY WOULD THE DRIVER EVEN DO THAT?? I thoughts this was a reputable company, but THEY ARE NOT!!!! I bought flowers for a dear friends funeral. I order in plenty of time, But ** being told they will arrive in one week. She is being out in the ground TOMORROW!!!!!!! Do NOT but its this company they full of crap!!!
What a scam! We spent $100 on a double bouquet for our bosss birthday, and what she received was horrible. It was less than a regular size bouquet. I will never order from them again! I wish I could post pictures, because we are beyond angry and disappointed.
Ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries 2 days before wife's birthday. They were not delivered! Called customer support and they said they would deliver to my residence by a specific time. They never delivered. They said there was a delivery confirmation. Well who received my wife's strawberries because they never came to her. Called customer service again for refund, was told they have to investigate where the delivery went to. REALLY!!
