Didnt want to give even one star, customer service is terrible, each agent just tells you anything. After ordering I had difficulty getting receipt, wrong writing on ribbon on flowers, also wrong message on card, delivered wrong day. Reordered for correct day and after calling for 2 days found out local florist werent even open on delivery date. Agents weee all over the world none in US total headache finally cancelled now waiting on refund

Ordered flowers that were never delivered to a friend in the hospital on her birthday. Never was contacted about the non delivery. Refunded $87.70 the total was $109.09 was told that they couldnt refund the remainder because the passport membership had been used for the order? I have no idea why something cannot be refunded that was never delivered. Called and spoke to a passport membership representative & was told that he had to call me back in 15 minutes to update my account from where I had just spoken to another represe... read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement ($100) and what arrived was completely different. I called and was online with customer service for 45 minutes and was run around in circles. The service rep said she didnt receive my photos that I send 4 times. I called and spoke to another rep who said shed call me back in 45 minutes.

Terrible company and very bad service! They sent a smaller version of what I ordered. I told them that it wasnt what I ordered and they said no problem and would fix it by sending what I actually ordered free of charge the next day. They did but took the other flowers away. Who does that??? How do you ask for the flowers back after they were already sent the previous day? They never told me that they would take the other ones away. I think its terrible that they messed up the order and terrible to ask for their mistake back!... read more

Ordered an arrangement to thank a neighbor. The flowers cost $84 with a delivery of $25. The flowers that arrived was a tiny bouquet with under 10 flowers. The stems were so short The flowers died shortly after arrival. Contacted the company and they offered 15-20% refund. There guarantee promises customer satisfaction. This customer is not even remotely satisfied. Terrible experience.

This company is a scam and customer service absolutely horrible. My sister in law ordered a nice arrangement originally priced at $135. After talking to a rep she was able to get the price down to $88. This is still pricy for the size of arrangement but she was willing to pay this instead of $135. The bouquet was supposed to have at least 5 roses, 4 lilies, several carnations, yellow, purple and white flowers and green in a vase. This is the most inept company that I have ever done business with. They've got my customer information mixed up with another person with my name, trying to automatically renew a membership that I canceled over 6 months ago. I've had three phone conversations today, talking to 7 or 8 different people in multiple departs and having to tell the same story over and over again. Needless to say, I do not EVER recommend doing business with this company. I know I certainly won't

They failed to deliver, even when ordered 48 hours in advance. They blame ***** consistently (as evidenced by numerous social media comments). Then, when delivered - after the day they were needed - they delivered HALF of the amount of stems ordered. Their customer service generally only gives answers from training. The *** hides behind the door to his estate - in no way a gentleman who wants to be accountable to his fortune. Avoid at all costs. They had one job to do - and failed it in two ways.
