Purchase flowers for a funeral was supposed to be delivered 7/18 order was never delivered. Representative tried to resend out the order 7/19 with a partial refund, missed the funeral due to having to wait on the flowers to be delivered at home,because address needed to be changed for delivery never delivered nobody could get a hold of the vendor who was doing the flowers nothing was resolved, wasted my time. Never ever use 1-800-flowers. We ordered flowers for a funeral. It was two orders from several families. The flowers were ordered from several family members. It was so heartbreaking and embarrassing when the flowers never arrived for the 10:00am service. When calling customer service they told us the ********************** would be delivered at 2:00pm. Shady business practices, avoid...At some time in the distant past I had placed a one-off order with this company. I recently received an email out of the blue stating that my "subscription" would be automatically renewed in a month for $29.99. I went to my account and there were *zero* active subscriptions. The biggest disappointment Ive experienced with purchasing any product online, ever . I purchased the dog-able flower arrangement as a thank you for my friend who was looking after my dog when he got sick. What they actually sent was the most embarrassing cheap taking teddy bear stick in a few limp flowers , like a $10 gas station gift . They did refund 50% of the price but nothing can make up for that, was supposed to be a lovely surprise would have been better off sending nothing that something so cheap and tacky

Ordered an edible birthday gift to be delivered yesterday, which was to be a same day delivery option thoroughly agreed to by the representative. Learned earlier today it was never delivered until today. What I had agreed to was not true and an important occasion was ruined. Will NEVER use them again!

If I could rate 1800Flowers in the minus I would. I ordered flowers for my 90 year old mothers funeral a week in advance. Their service was the worst I could ever imagined. I gave them my order; where and when I wanted them delivered. When I looked at my bank they took money out twice. I called and asked why and they said the one would be reimbursed when the flowers were delivered. 1-800-Flowers.com doesn't understand what sending flowers to someone special means for everyone. I had very poor delivery and even poorer customer service experiences today for my very first order with them. I received a delivery notification in both email and SMS, which literally says "It's Official... Your ***** Has Been Delivered!" My friend is someone who texts me right away to let me know when that happens, but that didn't happen. I thought she was busy or maybe out. This website is a joke. I would rather blindly call a local florist than ever order from here again. I was mortified by the vase of weeds delivered on my behalf for close to $100. This is a bait and switch operation. This place should be shuttered. This service is criminal.
