Ordered Mothers Day Flowers and paid a premium just to ensure delivery on mothers day. They were never delivered. No problem. I explained to them that I would just like a refund. The agent told me to give it 10 business days and I will have my refund. 2 weeks later I contacted them asking where my refund was. The worst ever **SCAM**We ordered an XL flowers+balloon ($200) to be delivered to a child who just had surgery.The order was place on Saturday morning for same day delivery.it took them 4 days to deliver until Wednesday (with many phone calls)Facts: The website said it was delivered on Saturday, but never did.We called everyday to check and they promised to be delivered that day. This company should NOT be an *** bbb accredited company. Their practices should be investigated. They appear to have very little interaction with local companies who actually do their deliveries. Customers receive emails from 1800flowers that their orders have been delivered, but in actuality the orders never arrive and local company cant be contacted nor can further research take place after this status update without notifying 1800flowers of delivery failure. Horrible customer service, and you never get what you ordered!! Do not waste your money
I had an exasperating experience with 1800FLOWERS recently. Have tried repeatedly to send a bouquet to my MIL for Mother's Day. They have never arrived. Yesterday on the third try, the representative told me there are NO FLOWERS AVAILABLE FOR ******! REALLY? ******??? I demanded a refund, which was confirmed but hasn't happened yet. I asked for a supervisor. They said no one was available to talk to me. I then told them to have a supervisor call me. They agreed. So far, crickets.
Never use 1800flowers!!Customer service terrible they apologize, but never get anything resolved. I ordered flowers for my Aunt spend countless hours on the phone. She never received the flowers and they charged me twice for the same order! Then when I told them to credit me they only wanted to give me a partial credit. They are the worse company Ive ever dealt with.
Ordered an ****** *********** for Mother's Day. Misrepresented the delivery times. Contacted multiple times for update on the delivery, they even claimed to "reschedule". Product never arrived or was shipped to receiver. Will not ever use service again, more frustration in dealing with their customer service before.

Flowers ordered for mothers day were delivered to the wrong address. We made a phone call to customer service requesting they either re-deliver to the correct address, or issue ** a full refund. We spent hours on the phone explaining to the agent how they failed at providing a service to **, with numerous pleas to rectify the problem by one of the two methods-- full refund or re-delivery.
