800 flowers ***** I placed an order TWO weeks ahead of delivery.They promised delivery between 9:00 and 9:30 AM- NEVER SHOWED UP Then they promised before 12:00PM- NEVER SHOWED UP They *************** up a surprise birthday gift.NEVER DO BUSINESS EITH THIS SLEAZY SO CALLED COMPANY!!!

Complete joke!! Had a good experience with them so, I decided to use their services again. Ordered a gift that was supposed to be delivered on a certain date & paid for them to do so. Now, it's been *********** tried to cancel it with no luck what so ever. I will never do business with these scammers again.

Ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Figured Id go with a company whose sole job is to deliver flowers. I get the confirmation of delivery, but no text or call from my wife. So I wait a few hours and ask if she got anything. Nope. So I call 1-800-Flowers and they said well, maybe the delivery driver selected that it was delivered before it was. Are you serious? I ordered flowers for a funeral. I knew they would be delivered by 5pm, so wasn't worried. I tracked them about 1pm and it said they would be delivered soon. At 3:30 I got a call that they couldn't find a florist! Soooo by that point to late to find another florist! Now I see that they still charged me! I sent an email - in their reply to my complaint email. They closed the email by saying to email if they could do anything else to help.But now replying to say to call. 0 Stars !! I ordered flowers for a friend in another state that was having a baby. I ordered a day in advance, but still 2 days later, the arrangement was never delivered. Excuses; first excuse was -unsuccessful attempt to deliver ( it is a hospital, I know they are home) and the second excuse- the flower quality was not acceptable for the arrangement. I live in ***** and had flowers delivered to my mother in law in *******. Spent over $100 with delivery and all. She sent me a picture of them when they arrived and they didn't look like anything of what I had ordered her. The bundle from ******* for $25 looked better than these did. When I called to complain they said they can only refund me half the cost with a $20 discount next time. I told them there wouldn't be a next time. Buyer beware! This company will keep your credit card on file without you knowing it, or even being able to see it online, and charge you an annual fee of $31.79 for membership that you do not authorize. They use the last credit card you used if you placed an order with them in the past. This just happened to me. And while they did issue a credit for the membership amount, they also apologized that there was no way for consumers to be able to see that they have your credit card on file and you have no way of removing it unti... read more

i am tired of being lied to. I am tired of being fed BS by 4 different CSRs, including one manager. Flowers ordered 6/2 for delivery later that day. Order status shows order was delivered by local florist. Inaccurate. Order was never delivered. That same night, contacted a manager who promised the order would be delivered before noon on 6/3. Received email at 11:59 am delivery was attempted but nobody home. Inaccurate. Recipient was home with front door open until 12:30 PM.
