The Field's of Europe was an absolutely disappointing arrangement for my sister-in-law's birthday. It wasn't even close to the picture at best it was pathetic. The outside florist did an absolutely horrible job! When my sister-in-law sent me a picture and I was so embarrassed. Your outside florist did a horrible job with the arrangement it wasn't even close except for the balloon. I have ordered some flowers that were great. I have also ordered flowers that were terrible and not the pictured flowers that I ordered. Also just today my flower order for my 82 year old Aunt was never delivered. I am a passport member because I order so many flowers and a majority of the flowers are not what I order. Will never order flowers from 1- 800 flowers again.

Ordered a month in advance. Still arrived late. The flowers were dead. Horrible customer service.

The flowers are never delivered on the day you pay for. They arrive dead and sloppily put together. This company truly has turned some great moments into very embarrassing sad ones with their products.

**** flowers totally misrepresented the arrangement that was sent from 2 different shops.I ordered a $100 fruit and sweets basket. When it came it was in a flat basket and looked like a 4 year old put it together.

I ordered flowers 5 days ago to have delivered to my mom for her birthday at her job. I asked if they can have it there at a certain time do to her schedule. If they don't get there before she leaves what's the point of sending the flowers for her to enjoy. And they won't let you know what flower shop they using. So if my mom leaves and doesn't get the flowers I'm going to be really upset and I will get my refund

Tried to order from one of their subsidiaries ******'s Cookies, when viewing my cart I noticed I was being charged $40.97 shipping for products totalling $116 before taxes. Their shipping chart on there website states for Ground shipping which is based on address only I would be charged $22.99 for merchandise total between $100.01- $125. I then removed 1 of 3 items from my cart and then placed the same item back and shipping charges went down to $29.98 which is still not $22.99 as per their website. The three year Anniversary of my Dad’s death was January 23rd. My sister & I wanted to get our youngest sister a flower arrangement. We put an order in & paid extra for the delivery to be made THAT day as that was the day he had passed. The delivery date was confirmed in my confirmation email. About two hours later,I received a phone call saying that the delivery could NOT be made & that it would be for 9 am the next day. I was working at that time so I had to call back. Awful customer service. Paid extra for a sympathy bouquet to be delivered to my daughter today. Was promised delivery by 8 pm. Called and spoke with a rep at 7 just to double check. The driver LIED and said a delivery was attempted. Home cameras and a ring doorbell proved that no delivery attempt was made. Rep promised she would get ahold of local florist, she said she spoke with driver and he was on his way back and guaranteed delivery by 8 pm .
