Five out of the six orders I've placed this year arrived 2-4 days late. Three out of the five were not even what I ordered.

Did not deliver family funeral floral arrangement when I ordered with enough time to fulfill order . Unprofessional email sent advising for me to call but did not state order was cancelled . ******** services did not provide accurate explanation as to why they canceled my order . Will never use again, false advertising false promise to provide service . Requested a survey to rate poor customer service and according to them they didnt have one . Waiting to get my money back .

Horrible Service, Ordered Some flowers with chocolate. The flowers that I ordered was never delivered and the people on the phone wasnt helpful at all. I talked to 4 different agents and they all said that they will take care of a refund. Never received the refund and was charged again for the flowers . 0 skills. If you know what is good for you, you will never place an order with this company.

Received email and text stating my flowers delivery was complete. The flowers were Never delivered and there were no explanations, just a request to set up another delivery.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries, balloons, and a card for my wife's birthday thay was supposed to be delivered on 12/2. I paid $5.99 for same day delivery. The package never arrived and I was never notified. They had the nerve to say they attempted delivery at 12:32am on 12/3 which was a lie. I called several times and they continued to give the same answer that someone will deliver the package which never happened. Doubt I'll ever do business with them again. Wish I could give zero stars!

Like the others before me, ive never expeirence such poor service as this. Ive used other companies and never had issues, i decieded to use 1800flowers this time around and will never do so again. Flowers were to be delivered to my wife's job for her birthday, i reached out to them 2x's to assure it would arrive prior to the building closing and they assured it would be there. Called once more at 430pm and they were saying that if there was an alternate address they can send it to because looks like they were not going to ma... read more

**************** is a complete joke! Not only did they have a baby crying in the background the whole time but they refused to cancel my subscription and would only offer me discounts. I ended up having to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued in order to resolve the issue.

Tried to cancel my order, and was told it was canceled all because they overcharged me big time on shipping. As a "Passport" holder that should not have happened. Worse yet, only half of an order I did cancel and it was confirmed that it canceled, was on its way to deliver. All while I hold the bag for a full delivery that, did I mention, was canceled
