Horrible, the flowers I recieved yesterday from a dear friend are already dying. Used mostly filler type flowers, does not look like the picture on their website. Buyer beware. BUY LOCAL.

I have had 3 false deliveries in the last 6 months. When you call customer service they try their best to get you to let them do a re-delivery but it's just not even worth the hassle. This company is an absolute joke.

Who knew ordering flowers could be so painful? I ordered flowers to be delivered to a sick relative and requested that they be delivered the following day. Tracker said that flowers had been delivered. They weren't. **************** was kind and issued a replacement order for following day. Replacement order was never delivered. Spoke with customer service on the phone, they said it would be delivered next day, but after I got off the phone with them, I got a email saying that order was once again replaced. Flowers were late for a funeral. 3 days. 3 times I had to call and then they were the wrong ones. I was very upset!. Won't do business again.

Would give ZERO stars if that were an option! I ordered my friend flowers for her birthday...said they were out being delivered. Friend stated she never received them. Complained directly to merchant and they gave refund. Attempted to resend flowers, company sent email stating flowers were delivered and charged me for them. My friend, who is one to acknowledge gifts, never mentioned receiving the flowers. I reached out to her today and asked if she ever got them....nope! 2nd time with same order. I have used one800 flowers.com several times. I sent flowers for July 7th 2022 , for my brothers mother-in-laws funeral I paid $105 for flowers that looked like they only cost $10. They looked horrible this is very embarrassing to me and my husband, There were supposed to be The Thoughtful Sentiment Bouquet , lavender roses, button palms, pink roses, pavilion lilies and green carnations with white babies breath and white stock. Worst Company with the ********************** I ordered flowers for a family that just had a death in the family. When I checked on the delivery it said delivered. 2 days later it showed that it was never delivered at all because of the address.

This company is absolutely a fraud. Do not ever order from 1 800 flowers. I paid $45 for a delivery that never happened. No confirmation for my refund was issued and no email was ever sent to me on my refund request. Buyer beware.

I had flowers delivered to a co-worker today for her Birthday. I was embarrassed when the arrangement arrived. The arrangement was supposed to include Roses and a Happy Birthday balloon which were not INCLUDED. The flowers in the vase were 50% dead!!!. I am very disappointed with the services received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!.....****************
