On 1 ****** placed an order for Kaleidoscope flowers for $98.49 with a delivery date for 2 ****** was notified that flowers made it to *********** by 7am but was placed in next day delivery status at 9 am. I was notified at 2 pm that my order will be delayed until the next day at 2pm for an order has up to 8pm for delivery. When contact was made with customer service, they were absolutely useless with any information. I ordered followers three times to be delivered to my husbands sister! I was billed only once, but she never received the flowers! I have called and called about the deliveries and was told the flowers were delivered! No, they were NOT delivered to my husbands sister!

I ordered flowers on 5/29 for a funeral on 5/31 at 1:00 PM. They informed me the morning of 5/31 they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers on time but then I complained that they had until 1:00 to get the flowers to the funeral home. When I called the next day they told me the flowers were delivered at 11:30 that morning. Today 6/1 they called to let me know the flowers were in fact not delivered and asked for a home address to send the flowers to. Too little too late. I will never use them again.

Ordered $80 worth of flowers for an employee who had a baby. The flowers were not deliverable and I did not receive a call or email. So they just kept the money!I ordered another set of flowers that were described as purple. They were all white! so they remade it, again,- ALL White. They were advertised as purple. Still waiting for the third try, its been 4 days.They just want your money- they don't care about service or quality.

I brought my wife 2 dozens red roses for Mother's Day, and a box of chocolate cover strawberries. The vase for the roses was in pieces, and could hear the glass as soon as you pick up the box when the delivery guy left it on the front porch, on top of that it was 2 days late. On the box of the strawberries it states to eat them within 24 hours, I wish you could have seen the strawberries, they were molded, and had things growing from them. On 5/6/22, I spent $156.86 for a bouquet of flower for my mom to be delivered by Mothers Day 5/8. On the evening of 5/6, I received an email saying that my order was delivered; however, my mother informed me that there were no flowers. I contacted customer service and was told to wait until 8pm on Mothers Day for the order to possibly be delivered but it never came then. Terrible, Absolutley Terrible. I placed an order for mothers day. Granted it was on May the 9th , when i was told it would be here. No flower.. ok so i give it the benefit of the doubt and decide to wait one more day , its is now the 10th. Still no flower. So i called and got a refund. People please dont fool with this company. Youd be better off going to your local florist. BUYER BEWARE. If I could give them no stars, I would have.

I received someone else's order for Mother's Day which included a personalized note to the recipient and a vase that was completely smashed. When I contacted customer service to request a full refund I was told that they didn't do full refunds and the best they could offer is a replacement and 50% off my next purchase. I asked to speak with someone who could approve a full refund was told I was wasting my time. Absolutely horrific customer service after they've already ruined the order. I ordered a medium sized bouquet from 1800flowers.com, they called me the day it was supposed to be delivered and told me they didn't have those flowers in stock and that they would like to offer me a free upgrade. I was upset because it took me a few days to choose these flowers but I agreed. When my Aunt received the flowers the next day I asked her to take a picture of them. I was mortified.
