Purchased a vehicle service contract in 2015 on a new vehicle. Traded the car in Dec 2018 and when trying to cancel the service contract was told in 2018 that the contract didn't exist. I found the paperwork and called again today that it couldn't be done unless they could physically look at the odometer?? I traded the car in 12 months ago, I no longer own it. The also said thy had never experienced someone not being in possession of a vehicle when they called to cancel which I find impossible to believe.

We've been loyal customers for 40 years. In July, one of our buildings caught fire during a lightning storm and was destroyed. It's now December and we do not have resolution on the claim. Instead we received notice that our claim amounts were too high and they're cancelling our insurance. DO NOT do business with these people. I don't know how they can look themselves in the mirror after the treatment we've received.

This company insures the veterinary clinic I took my snake to, to have his jaw looked at. His jaw was broken, and when the vet forced his mouth open when he obviously was having jaw problems already, she broke it in a second place. Seeing the malpractice of this vet, i went to an animal hospital where they were fairly certain the previous vet was responsible for the newer break due to calcification in his jaw. Auto Claims Customer Service IS TERRIBLE. My vehicle was rear-ended by an individual insured by Zurich American Insurance on 10/29/19. I immediately called and filed a claim when I arrived home. After a 45 minute interview process, I received a claim number for my claim, and they also provided me a claim number for the insured. I was at Kwik Trip and while there, there was a storm. Shingles from the store flew off and hit my vehicle. One large shingle was struck and became stuck in my driver's side door. The store indicated they would take pictures and their insurance company would cover the cost. When the woman came out to take pictures, she saw the shingle stuck in my door and rather than opening the door to retrieve it, she pulled and pulled to get it out. I am a veteran, retired firefighter/paramedic, ER RN, I have worked since 1976 and have never filed a workers comp claim. On September 14th 2018, I filed a claim with Zurich workers comp. I was a RN casemanager and along with a co-worker was injured in a fall that injured both of us to varying degrees. I filed the claim Sept 2018. In April of 2019 we sent a demand letter to zurichs lawyer. Since then I have heard nothing from them. I will never purchase another vehicle warranty with this company again. They make it sound promising on what they will cover if something happens to your vehicle but in actuality, their fine print makes sure they don't have to pay for any of it. Very shady how they right it up and advertise to customers! Very disappointed!!!

Using Zueich was a helpful easy, efficient experience. The place I went to have my car serviced was friendly and quick, the Zurich contract servicing the car possible I'm glad I had Zurich it was truly a help to me. Thank you
