I bought your gap insurance to pay the difference of what is owed after the auto insurance paid out their portion. Since there was a difference of $1300 to $1800 after auto insurance paid there portion and I paid the remainder, I assumed gap insurance would cover the gap, the remainder that I paid. I was surprised to find you only paid $276 of the $1300 to $1800 I owed and paid out of pocket. Knowing this I should have canceled your product and recouped the $800 roughly that you charged me to by this worthless product. Seems... read more

Your company sucks. I canceled my policy in March and they are still taking money out of my account even tho I have sent two emails and when I call I never can get anyone

Excellent customer service! An agent told me i coverage for a part. I took it to the dealer to get a cll that the part wasn't covered. I called Zurich i was upset and the agent told me it was an error on the agents part. I said i wanted a supervisor to call me back. I was getting ready to go pick my car up because it wasn't covered and received a phone call from the dealership stating Zurich contacted them and were going to pay for the repair since the agent gave me bad information. I was disappointed that my local Toyota dealer never heard of you and I had to drive 45 minutes to Battle Creek where I purchased my car to use the warranty. Other than that it was great!

These guys are complete jackasses. Purchased home insurance (paid in full). They they asked me to provide documentation on the bread of my dog. I had told them dog was a labrador mix when I called. I sent copy of adoption papers to them which said "labrador mix". They replied with "that isn't good enough and threatened to cancel my policy. They now want photos and a statement from the vet! What a pain in the ass. I will NEVER buy insurance from these morons again.

I would give less than one star if possible! I am dealing with an investigator that doesn't even have the comprehension skills of a 3rd grader and she has threatened to deny my claim because she is too mentally handicapped to understand what she is being told. She has made my life very difficult. She has been very rude. And she's racist! I pray that nobody ever has to deal with Veatrice Storey EVER! It will be a living nightmare!
