I purchased a 2019 *********** in 2018 and now I have since traded it in, in April of 2021. I just have to say every time I spoke to a customer service rep at Zurich *** Insurance they were awesome!!, so informative so patient and so kind very helpful in assuring of my refund. In a world where good customer service has declined that cannot be said of the customer service reps at *****. This company prides themselves in their customers thank you so much Zurich for providing such a great customer service:) ***** to you all. ??

I am a mental health provider that specializes in treating trauma. I received a referral to assess a patient for treatment. This patient had a devastating accident at work and was suffering from trauma symptoms. I met with him one time and had planned to provide treatment. The date of service was the beginning of February 2021. Since that time, I have faxed, mailed and called making several attempts to get paid. I bought a 2015 ****** Rogue. The dealer offered me the Zurich plan, bumper to bumper. A month later, the transmission went out. I took it to a ****** dealer, told them about my Zurich plan, and that was all I had to do. The dealer contacted Zurich, and three days later the transmission was replaced at cost of over 3000 dollars, at absolutely no cost to me. The whole process was seamless.

Speaking on behalf of my father, there is a language barrier and I have seen myself in the need to speak for him. My fathers company has transferred the case over to Zurich as a third party, from the beginning it has been a battle trying to get him the right help and attention. He suffered a work injury in which case it has been denied, fine so be it but this was in the middle of January. I called to file a claim on behalf of Bruce Titus Automotive Group in Olympia, WA since they did not. I spoke to Mark Dains (Seattle, WA office) and gave him my statement of what happened, the driver's name and information. I told him I had a witness and I was just waiting for her to give my insurance company (Progressive) a statement. He said he would need that once it was done. Adjuster makes low ball offer claims it's a good faith payment. I had to hire a attorney to help since Zurich gt a attorney.

No stars! Got hurt at New York Air Brake on Sept 17 Have not received one dime from this company during a Pandemic ! Caseworker past me around and the one thats suppose to be on my case has some other woman on it ! Denied paying me money to survive but pays my medical and a service to take me to appointments ! I don't know if it's the ****** company I work for or Zurich !

I was sold the Zurich Select Protection for my vehicle through a dealership. It is very hard to make a claim. Several phone numbers lead to dead-ends. The website does not allow you to review your contract or make a claim, everything is phone based. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

My family broke down 500 miles from home. Being under warranty I called Zurich It was a complete run a round. I was left stranded in a parking lot. First Zurich rep said only turn in receipts for interrupted trip. Ok fine sent email 3 times before I was told it was finally received. Ok so my truck is towed on Jan 11 to a dealership. Dealership tells me they won’t look at my car until Jan 13. At that point I have to find a place to stay.
