I brought my car to a dealership service department because my tail light wasn't working. As per the service department, they told me that the tail light had poor sealing and the socket melted resulting in water getting into the tail light. I had absolutely wonderful service from the Zurich rep. I spoke with. The dealership, Plaza Dodge in Orangeburg, SC called Zurich and initiated the claim. It all went through as best as could be expected. Thanks, Johnny *********

I find the process for the dealer very easy. I'm out of it. No work required by me and I have certainly gotten my money back. I have greater confidence in my vehicle now thanks to Zurich. I will buy again.

I was hesitant about purchasing a extended warranty, I thought my car wouldn’t have any issues. After all I maintain it well , always used super unleaded and washed it every week. Ohh was I wrong less than 6 months later my Transmission blew, I was stressed beyond belief. Would it be covered ? YES it was , Zurich took care of it without any issues. 3 months later , my air conditioning condenser went as well. Crappy customer service. ONLY got the ball rolling on my claim after the car dealership got involved, who I purchased the policy through. Wasted my time, customer service reps acted poorly and unprofessional, and when finally asked to speak with a supervisor the rep replied "I'm sitting in my living room, I cannot walk over and get one." Totally pathetic service.
The rallying cry here is "deny deny deny". Find any loophole possible to deny the claim even if it makes sense to pay the claim. Anything to take your money, have the dealership lie about the warranty they are selling you then deny any and all claims. Stay away from Zurich. This was simple. I can not imagine having them for anything else!
