This company after telling me my car would be covered by a licensed dealers in Puerto Rico didn't agree to pay when taking the car to the dealer for repairs. After contacting them I was met with a very negative tone towards me by a Claim Suggestor and Claim Supervisor, who both said I was not covered since I didn't live or was a part of the United States. The Claim Supervisor went as far as saying Puerto Rico was "Property" and that I wasn't covered in the contract I signed. After getting a copy of the contract, it says clea... read more

I traded in a car in Jan. 2020 that had Zurich extended warranty coverage. I sent paperwork of the trade to the dealer where I bought the car. They said I would get a refund of the unused premium that I paid. I never heard back from the dealer, so I called them and was told it would take longer. Later, I called Zurich directly. They said to send the paperwork direct to them. I did, and I'm still waiting for my refund. Almost 13 months later.

Zurich claims department is absolutely terrible. My wife got into a terrible car crash due to the negligence of a company that uses Zurich as there companies insurance in October 2020.It has been a long three months with the constant harassing of there customer service agents to move an inch to getting things resolved in the form of payment for the vehicle that was totaled. I would give them a 0 if I could. My dealership sold me a extended Warranty bumper to bumper insurance. But when I needed it I learned they sold me this ****! Bait and switch! Also Fraud!

Purchased an extended powertrain warranty. Was told when the turbo went out it wasn't covered. apparently it isn't seen as part of the engine. REALLY?????

Worst insurance company ! I have a work comp claim that has been dragging on for a long time, Zurich does not pay the Bills in a timely manner, no communication between their attorney and the adjusters, horrible experience from day one

Every claim that I submitted was handled expeditiously and professionally. I did not have any problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company!

You SUCK. Just had a heater issue with my truck. I paid over 3000 for this stupid policy. Turns out my heater hoses are the issue. EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR REPLACEMENT. NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO STIFF YOU. I WILL MAKE IT MY LIFES WORK TO MAKE SURE NO ONE BUYS INYO YOUR SCAM.

This company is horrible. The driver of one of their insured backed into my daughters door over a week ago and nothing has been done to take care of it . My daughter has to go to school and work and she has a car thats door won't close. The insurance company is giving us the run around and told my daughter to quit calling them since they were on vacation and just got back into the office.
