This company carries my used vehicle extended warranty. Encountered a mechanical issue, took the the truck to the dealer. The ford dealer near me was familiar with Zurich they handled all the paperwork, did the repair and Zurich paid the claim with no trouble. I didn't have to do a thing aside from handing the dealer a copy of the contract. Didn't know what to expect but was pleased with how easy the process was. Thank you!
I am so happy I purchased this policy as part of my new vehicle package. I can't think of the last time I had a nail in my tire and within a few months of owning my vehicle I needed a completely new tire as the nail was to close to the sidewall. If I didn't have this policy it would have been over $200 to replace the tire.
Couldn’t be happier. The fuel pump on my ******* ***failed, and Zurich covered parts and labor to replace. No deductible, and no hassle. The repair shop made the claim and it was accepted with no hassle.

A lot of automotive extended warranties just look for a way to deny your claim or force the use of inferior parts but not Zurich, they seem happy to pay for any component that is covered by the contract and seem to authorize dealer parts. Zurich is my first chance for extended warranties.
Very poor customer service reps! I called Zurich because my repair shop said Zurich was refusing to pay a $300 claim on VW Jetta for “rodent damage”. This type of damage is NOT listed in the contract as reason to deny coverage, but things like water damage, vandalism, lighting, and many other factors are listed. If my car was in a flood, I would understand why it would not covered, which why things like water damage are listed in the contract, but rodent damaged is NOT listed! complete trash company to deal with, wouldnt get back to my email, tried calling for 5 days in row, no call back. they owe me for 2 days of rental car $,and what do you know there MIA.
Be very leery about purchasing their "comprehensive" auto coverage - make sure you read ALL the fine print about what is covered and what isn't. There are more parts that are not covered than are covered. After having leaking shocks on a car that has < 30,000 miles on it, Zurich said they wouldn't cover repairs (despite the fact that I purchased a "comprehensive" auto coverage plan from them). I will never do business with Zurich again.
The dealer handled the problem very well with us not having to do anything. Glad we purchased this coverage.
