Very disappointed with the customer service #********************** offers to their existing customers. The #ZurichUK office has contacted me to surrender my active policy, even though I had written confirmation via email that my policy would be "active" and I would have international coverage. At #zurich MENA, ** and *** offices own mistake, I had to bear the consequences and surrender my policy, and they didn't return my money for the active policy they asked me to cancel. Going into purchasing a vehicle - a warranty was always on my mind because of the risks of buying a used vehicle. I was also aware of the reputation of warranty companies, and finally had my first experience with Zurich today - it was stellar. Slight hold time of 30 minutes, but when it came time to pay the **** they faxed it over in less than an hour. More than pleased, it's a refreshing feeling having insurance work out. Thank you again Zurich - this could have been alot more stressful.

I was absolutely misled when I bought this warranty. I bought the comprehensive warranty. They told me everything was covered except normal wear and tear items. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership because it wouldn't start. The dealership said it took 4 hrs to diagnose the problem. The dealership said Zurich was only going to pay for 2 hrs AND not at the rate the dealership charges. Horrible company. My mother in law had these people. She paid in her whole life. But when she passed this company harassed us to file our claim form and send in an original death certificate. They refused to tell the beneficiary if there was a payout Instead we got a certified letter demanding we fill out claim form and we paid for a notary. And sent in a death certificate ferried certificate beginning on Nov. here it is the end of December. No word. We called and they said all remaining funds are forfeited per her contract.... read more
Since my car was in warranty with the dealer my car has been throwing of codes and the stereo would turn of and on along with connectivity issues with plug ins. From Onstar to Mychevrolet application I kept receiving codes . If it was possible to give them zero stars I would, I had GAP insurance through them, purchased through the dealership, my car got stolen 2yrs later and they shorted paying off my claim stating the reason was that my payment date changed and since it still stated the original due date on my sales contract that they had to go by that date-even though I literally never made one single payment on that date and they had all my payment history to prove that. I have and extended warranty with this company on my car witch covers rentals when my car was being service but they wont approve a rental till the work is approved on my car, so I paid for my own rental, I call there office up spoke with someone from the claims department ask if they would reimburse me for the rentals I already paid for one gentleman said no then I spoke with someone else who said they do reimburse told to fax over the contract that they would reimburse for over a $1,000, mind you I paid $900 or so for this... read more

I previously worked for this business.. It is awful to get ahold of anyone in HR or Accounts Payable. I resigned the middle of September. To begin with, I gave my manager an address change, he failed to mention I needed to change it anywhere else in any of the systems so they were sending all of my paperwork to the wrong address. If I could leave less stars I would. I was rear-ended by a man, insured by Zurich, in my new car, with my kids and pregnant wife. Car is not drivable. And since it is so new (2022), and the craziness of Covid, the parts wont be in for several months. Upon finding this out, Zurich decided to not pay for a rental for us anymore.
