They do not care about you or your welfare. I have been out of work for two months due to an injury at work and yet have I spoke to my adjuster or received any sort of payment or compensation for mileage. They are a rip off

I had never had an opportunity to use my Zurich benefit, and It was used on the last repairs I had on my 2013 ******** and I was extremely pleased.

Zurich has been great as far as paying for my claims, however, at the time of purchase I was advised my deductible would only apply if I utilized a dealership other than my selling dealership. That turned out not to be the case upon my first claim. Shame on me for not reading the contract, however, I believed what I was told from the finance manager at the time of sale. The warranty covered everything in full and paid for itself!! I am 100% fully satisfied!!!

I purchased a home owners insurance policy with Zürich insurance company, and affiliate of ***** insurance. Soon after, I received a cancellation notice for the policy which would terminate within approximately three weeks of receipt of said letter. This company is a fraud in my opinion. I have vehicle coverage on my expedition and it is powertrain warranty. The contract states that internally lubricated parts are covered. The VCT sensor even though says sensor is what controls the oil flow to the cam phasers on my 2010 **** expedition. This is causing my vehicle to stall. This company has argued with myself several times and the dealership to say it is not covered. Was hung up on twice buy a custom service representative as well as a supervisor. I have waited 8 days for my gap payment to be sent to my loan holder. Every time I call I get no answers to any of my questions to the location of the check or a date it will be received. They do not care of the customers physically health or well being. They are not willing to help with the situation

I have been out of work for three months due to a condition called thoracic radiculopathy, as well as spondylosis. This causes extreme pain in my mid-back, and around my left ribs. I have not been paid my short term disability benefits through Zurich's absence management program. Avoid this company if you can. I bought a 2012 **** Liberty in February 2018, haven't had it a year. Upon driving up a hill my car made a loud POP and a puff of white smoke blew behind me. I pulled over and shut the car off. The towing company noticed oil leaking out the bottom. The garage it was dropped off at first checked the fluids and said I had oil. I take the car to the dealership next where they inspect it further. The inspector came, immediately claimed the oil filter wasn't on correctly and that was it. I've spoken... read more
