Blynn ******* Zurich NA Adjuster has given me a very hard time communicating effectively and understandably. I’m deaf, and injured, had my mmi/ir, and Zurich treated me like I’m not deaf disabled and told me to go to Dars program in Texas ( which I’ve been active case there since 07 ) but I find it insulting and discriminating if an adjuster treats you like a normal hearing as far as the mmi/ir, which I believe is simply discriminating, second, they put me on Texas claim, I was injured in Colorado. Horrible customer service. Checks mailed weeks after agent stated they would mail the check. Numerous messages left for adjuster, and manager. No phone calls from either to return my message. I’d never chose to do business with them.

Terrible customer service. After multiple calls I still ended up having to pay all of an expense that was stated to be covered initially.

I have a power-train warranty for a 2007 Cadillac DTS which the finance company asked for during purchase. Which I thought was strange to begin with. I asked for a full warranty which I didn't get. Since purchase I had different engine trouble which I paid for each repair and it's to the point the engine is no good. Two (2) different repair shows and Cadillac dealer have stated. Don't do it there customer service is terrible.. They sent my check to the wrong address and said I well it will still probably get there. Their customer service is terrible.. I will never ever get gas through them again in my life this has been the most difficult process in the world.

So I was sold the "Zurich warranty" By my ******** dealership and they stated that if what so ever I had a problem that this warranty would cover me (Tire and wheels). I'm driving home I hit a pothole and my wheels seep into the pothole scraping the living daylight and bending the front wheel and cracking the rear wheel. Zurich claims that it is curb damage and it's not covered. The dealership also agreed with me on it being pothole damage as there were no other signs of curb damage to the vehicle therefore the warranty comp... read more

A very bad experience. I was rear-ended by a tractor trailer and while the driver couldn't have been nicer or more apologetic, Zurich NA was a nightmare to deal with. It took several days for them to reach out via email and it was always very difficult to ever get anyone on the phone. When I did finally manage to speak to someone, they repeatedly failed to follow through on their commitments and weeks went by without my car getting looked at let alone fixed. I have had a warranty through Zurich North America for over 3 years. Never having used this warranty, I honestly thought it was a good one. Until now. My car went into the BMW Store to be fixed for a faulty fuel injector. They fixed it using the warranty, however - they have told me that the car will not run without replacing them all and that that is the responsibility of my warranty company. With that being said, Zurich has refused on all fronts to pay for this or to help in anyway, even though that is their responsibility... read more
