The worst recruitment website. Do not be fooled - nobody uses ZipRecruiter and hasn't in many years. All the talent is on Linkedin. Ziprecruiter started posting to linkedin to get people to apply, then aggregates their resume to their database. Without ever using ZipRecruiter, they: signed me up for an account, posted my resume publicly, and created a profile for me to impart the illusion i'm active on the website based on information in my resume. Now, after damaging me personally and posting my personal information online ... read more

Can't believe national website are scams aimed at taking advantage of companies trying to hire. We got charged $816 after closing the job. Go to Indeed instead.

This company scams people without remorse. I posted a job, but once I found out it was $16/day after the trial, I canceled it (it says you have 4 days to cancel), but I canceled right after I put the ad up, within an hour. They DON'T send you emails saying that you've received a free trial that ends in so many days...They DON'T send you emails saying you've got a continuing subscription, and they DON'T send you any emails confirming that you've canceled. They rely on you being so busy that you forget about it so you can cont... read more

A total scam. I've been trying to discuss my insanely high bill but they are ignoring my concerns. 5 applicants (and only 50 views) in a month, 3 of which aren't even from people on my continent and a bill for $648 from these scam artists. This company prays on small business owners. RUN!

There customer service is terrible. I posted a job by accident- not realizing that the $24 per day would apply on day one. I chatted with them immediately, canceled the job within 10 mins and I am still being asked to pay for a full day. I talked to 2 different agents that could "not do anything about it." When told my acct would be suspended, I explained to a 3rd person the situation and they just emailed back a notice that my account was suspended. I am a recruiter and will never use zip again. Go with Indeed.

As an employer I have placed advertisement for a job. Filled the forms and signed up for free trial. Less than 2 months later, I was charged 2000 + $, and no applicants besides generous offer . Called customer service, they will restore some of the money, but still have very negative impressions about this company. No one pay attention about when free trial is over, just throwing money in the garbage. Trully regret signing for this company. Stay away.

They have changed a lot. I used their service few years ago , the good old times when they were still not robbers. I was advised by a sales agent to open a premium account for my hiring needs that costs $1000+ a month. The premium account is supposedly puts your jobs in higher placement than standard ads. We were getting some views but nothing that would justify the $1000+ spent. Few days after opening the account and posting all my jobs we got a "hiring specialist" assigned to our origination. Right off the bat she started ... read more
