I have received over 200 + direct mailers from Zip Recruiter with each of our employees names with the title of Hiring manager. They have also obtaining the names of our clients as well, listing them as Hiring Manager. I'm made numerous calls to ZR asking how the not only obtained the names of 200 + employees but our clients a well. No one has a proper response other than to unsubscribe to Zip Recruiter offers using the offer code.I must have over 200 direct mailers sitting on my desk that I unsubscribe to and keep receiving... read more

This is a BIG scam. Heed the warnings here and do not post your listing on Ziprecruiter. I was charged daily for the last two months and only received handful of applicants. And all the applicants are also BS. This is BS!!!! This company spent millions on advertisement only to fool employers. How is this company still in business?!? This company is a big scam! Ziprecruiter is a horrible scam that preys on employers. I signed up for a free trial to get my job published, which is the only way to get your job listed on the site. I received no notification that the trial was ending soon and that I would be charged, like any trial I have ever signed up for with any other company. Their billing system is also very sneaky, they charge you every single day the job is posted but you do not see a charge, bill or invoice until you hit $500!!!! I have been scammed by ZipRecruiter. I signed to find candidates for a job position, they send fake resumes, I contacted about three of the resumes they sent to us, and no one responded. We forgot about this page and by surprise on Dec 27th, 2022, I was CHARGE$ ******. We never received any services form them. I contacted Ziprecruiter and I they rejected the refund.

I am a victim of credit card fraud. Zip recruiter falsely charged my credit card and added penalties. They were notified and my bank was notified. They still add penalties after my credit card showed charges went through even though it is being contested through my bank. This is their policy and this is a fraud. I am no different than the other numerous complaints filed with this company. They want the money and it is criminal. A class action lawsuit has been suggested by others and I would definitely be apart of this.

I'm looking for a job, so I post my rsum on Ziprecruiter, applied for two jobs and and the response was hello this is ***. I've been using zip recruiter a long time that position has been filled but I think you would be perfect for this position. It's a total scam it's money laundering! Worst job site ever for finding a job and now they just send me all kinds of emails even though I've asked them to stop about jobs that I'm not even qualified for.

I tried the free trial and canceled the service after a month, but they charged me over $500 a month for the past 6 months! I did not use the service and yet they only would reverse one month plus a few days charges. Website is not easy to use and I will never use it again. I am also telling everyone not to use their services. Poor customer service.

I was hoping to get a quote for the company I work for, and the representative was extremely unhelpful and rude. We don't have a budget at this time, but would create one around quotes given to us. Instead, they flat out refused to assist us in getting a quote without us providing a detailed budget.
