The business has neglected to refund JUSTIFIED invoices. Despite providing proof in documentation, despite instructions from the bank involved, they still refuse to help and provide customer with appropriate refunds. Even with having proof to the statements in their contract and can verify what their contract states is needed-despite having done all that as a customer they still will not refund. We are a company that were trying to use ZipRecruiter to find employees just like other companies. However, one day when we were trying to log into our account, we were unable to log in. Upon calling the support team, we were notified that they have decided to close our account without notification due to being unable to verify the information that they need. Free Trial in the end isn't really FREE. Once you agree to there TERMS for the free trial they got you. As a Small Business owner whose been in Business for 48 years I find this extremely sad and offensive. As I struggle to find qualified employees and I reach out for help to do so I'm being taken advantage of like so many others have stated in there reviews. After registering on ZipRecruiter, I've received numerous scam calls and messages from recruiters. When I apply to a job on the platform, I often get contacted by a different person or company for a different position or even the same company but a different job. Despite reporting these issues to ZipRecruiter, they have not taken any action to remove the problematic postings.

I previously used another job posting website with good results. However, I very recently created an account with ********************** and allowed them to keep my resume. It wasn't but a few days before a scammer used my resume information to attempt to scam me with a phony job match. I subsequently deleted my Ziprecuiter account and unsubscribed from their emails.

I signed up on 6/18/2023. 2 Months later, I have been charged $1230. And I have gotten zero candidates. My job opening requires dog grooming experience and I have gotten zero candidates with that experience. True I was not careful about their "automatic charges" with no email notifications that they charged me. However, I would have been happy paying if I had gotten any candidates. Their service/algorithm does not work at all. How are they allowed to stay in business?

I see several reviews on here commenting on the the business/paid side of ZipRecruiter's services. My review is on the job-seeker side of things. The end result is the same: stay away!On more than a dozen occasions, I have been emailed about jobs that claim to be in my area. Then, after clicking on them, the location advertised changes to something that is dozens or even hundreds of miles away. This is flat out deceptive. Do not do business with them! I cancelled my account as an employer yet they continued to charge my account monthly, unfortunately did not catch the multiple charges on my account and they don't care even though my account was not active. They are a SCAM as you see from 100+ reviews on here not to mention the ones that are not here who have moved on to *** the company.

Absolute scam of a company. Unauthorized billing to my credit card. I posted a job and bought a boost and a hiring urgently badge. Come to find out they billed me $1512 for a job posting and never told me. No receipt, no invoice nothing.
