I previously used another job posting website with good results. However, I very recently created an account with ********************** and allowed them to keep my resume. It wasn't but a few days before a scammer used my resume information to attempt to scam me with a phony job match. I subsequently deleted my Ziprecuiter account and unsubscribed from their emails.

I signed up on 6/18/2023. 2 Months later, I have been charged $1230. And I have gotten zero candidates. My job opening requires dog grooming experience and I have gotten zero candidates with that experience. True I was not careful about their "automatic charges" with no email notifications that they charged me. However, I would have been happy paying if I had gotten any candidates. Their service/algorithm does not work at all. How are they allowed to stay in business?

I see several reviews on here commenting on the the business/paid side of ZipRecruiter's services. My review is on the job-seeker side of things. The end result is the same: stay away!On more than a dozen occasions, I have been emailed about jobs that claim to be in my area. Then, after clicking on them, the location advertised changes to something that is dozens or even hundreds of miles away. This is flat out deceptive. Do not do business with them! I cancelled my account as an employer yet they continued to charge my account monthly, unfortunately did not catch the multiple charges on my account and they don't care even though my account was not active. They are a SCAM as you see from 100+ reviews on here not to mention the ones that are not here who have moved on to *** the company.

Absolute scam of a company. Unauthorized billing to my credit card. I posted a job and bought a boost and a hiring urgently badge. Come to find out they billed me $1512 for a job posting and never told me. No receipt, no invoice nothing.

Absolute waste of time and money, they promote a free job posting. Which I understand taking the responsibility for connecting with your own candidates but I got nothing out of it. No successful candidates were hired and they were a waste of my time. It automatically turns into a plan where they charge you 35 dollars a day to keep it posted which is ridiculously expensive and not worth it whatsoever. As someone who uses ZipRecruiter and has to see the ads, your guy's ad dollars are better spent on ********* These guys **** at maintaining their app and anyone with a brain clicks off their website before it even loads.

They charged me $548 for a charge I didn't approve! When you call them they make stories saying the website said this and that but ultimately they NEVER send you an invoice to your email and quietly charge your credit card. Again you call them they say it was in your account.Being in the business of UI/UX design and best web finance practices I find this a daylight robbery!

Fraudulent advetising for their free trial for employers. I was not sent any information for my free trial and charged $24 per day. I called their customer service department. Each employee kept having phone issues and when I questioned not being sent information about when my trial ends, each employee would suddenly say, " Can you hear me, can you hear me" They then proceeded to hang up on my me.
