I'm looking for a job, so I post my rsum on Ziprecruiter, applied for two jobs and and the response was hello this is ***. I've been using zip recruiter a long time that position has been filled but I think you would be perfect for this position. It's a total scam it's money laundering! Worst job site ever for finding a job and now they just send me all kinds of emails even though I've asked them to stop about jobs that I'm not even qualified for.
I tried the free trial and canceled the service after a month, but they charged me over $500 a month for the past 6 months! I did not use the service and yet they only would reverse one month plus a few days charges. Website is not easy to use and I will never use it again. I am also telling everyone not to use their services. Poor customer service.
I was hoping to get a quote for the company I work for, and the representative was extremely unhelpful and rude. We don't have a budget at this time, but would create one around quotes given to us. Instead, they flat out refused to assist us in getting a quote without us providing a detailed budget. Ziprecruiter is a horrible scam that preys on employers. I signed up for a free trial to get my job published, which is the only way to get your job listed on the site. I received no notification that the trial was ending soon and that I would be charged, like any trial I have ever signed up for with any other company. Their billing system is also very sneaky, they charge you every single day the job is posted but you do not see a charge, bill or invoice until you hit $500! Dear potential Victim, I have read most of the complaints of this horrible company and nothing matches what I got taken for. I expected a signed document as to fees, and services they provided. Nothing was given. The first go round was for a minimum amount around $550. Got basically nothing. They suggested the top end service. it's a scam company, they charged a lot of fee and didn't give you notice. I was really surprised when i see the bills, they charged me $530 per month without giving any invoices, and they said they dont have any refund policy, they already described it when I signed up and the customer service just hang up on me. the worst service the recruit effect is bad. Dont waste your money on it. go to Indeed instead.
We have found Zip Recruiter to be a better choice in job sites. There customer service is very good. You can call and speak to someone, unlike some other companies. We've had 2 different recruitment specialists, one was fair the other was excellent. I would give them a higher rating but getting good results is expensive with them, but we did find the people we needed. Overall a good experience.
Horrible to do business with. We paid our monthly bill via company credit card. We were not finding the right fit and decided to close the job posting. Once we closed, we kept on getting notified of late payment. I tried a couple of different co-workers cards and still did not work even though we were able to make purchases on other websites with the same cards.
