If I could choose zero stars I would. I signed up for a free trial to get my job published, which is the only way to get your job listed on the site. I received no notification that the trial was ending soon and that I would be charged, like any trial I have ever signed up for with any other company. Their billing system is also very sneaky, they charge you every single day the job is posted but you do not see a charge, bill or invoice until you hit $500! it's a scam company, they charged a lot of fee and didn't give you notice. I was really surprised when i see the bills, they charged me $530 per month without giving any invoices, and they said they dont have any refund policy, they already described it when I signed up and the customer service just hang up on me. the worst service the recruit effect is bad. Dont waste your money on it. go to Indeed instead.

We have found Zip Recruiter to be a better choice in job sites. There customer service is very good. You can call and speak to someone, unlike some other companies. We've had 2 different recruitment specialists, one was fair the other was excellent. I would give them a higher rating but getting good results is expensive with them, but we did find the people we needed. Overall a good experience.

Horrible to do business with. We paid our monthly bill via company credit card. We were not finding the right fit and decided to close the job posting. Once we closed, we kept on getting notified of late payment. I tried a couple of different co-workers cards and still did not work even though we were able to make purchases on other websites with the same cards. Like so many of these customers I am dissapointed in the bait and switch tactic used. I received a mailed voucher for a FREE posting and then was slapped with a $750 bill. NOWHERE was a 4 day limit mentioned on the mailing. When talking to their customer service they refused to make it right and refund any of the charge. Disgusted.

Why isn't there a lower rating? This website has let me to NO job at all. Only scam job offers. I have requested that they delete my account since they have now failed to help me both find a job listing, and have continually told me that my perfectly good email is invalid. Tech support gave me tips that did NOT fit my email carrier's parameters. I have been unable to log in since now they tell me that my email AND password *** no good. They're not worth it.

First of all. I was told over the phone that I would get the first 4 days for free. That's how they lure you in. Then I was told it would be 16 dollars a day after the 4 day trial. They charged me 24 dollars a day after the 4 day trial which I felt was dishonest. But what bothered me the most was that I only received one job candidate in 17 days and that candidate wasn't even looking for a job in my industry. I feel like I was taken advantage of. Very very poor experience with this recruiting company. Did not provide more than one or two qualified candidates, most of which were not even in the United States or in related industries. They have a zero refund policy, regardless of why. Received no help from management or administration when asked about our billing issues. I've been using Ziprecruiter for a few years. They definitely have dishonest practices but I do get resumes from them, which is why I keep using them. Beware of: A few years ago they introduced the Traffic Boost option - that option was activated 4 or 5 times without me touching a thing. I'd get an email all of a sudden that I was charged for Traffic Boost. So I argued with them, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.
