Ziprecruiter's ad subscription is misleading, deceptive and predatory. I agreed to what I thought was a hiring ad for $60. It would run for a week. I was unsatisfied with the leads and applicants. So, I chose not to renew. I was checking my bank account last night and noticed a payment for $504 to Ziprecruiter. Blown away, I logged into their site. Checked my account invoices and noticed 2 charges had been made for $504, dates: 4/3/22 and 4/24/22. Immediately, I searched for the way to cancel. I was successful in doing this.... read more

No qualified Candidate and absolutely INSANE to charge hundreds of dollars for nothing. If you are an employer, do NOT EVER use zip recruiter. There are almost no candidates, and the insane pricing is beyond reasonable. I wish I could give them a 0/5

After a 4 day free trial it's 560/month! That's insane! To make matters worse I did not receive a single interview for the month that my job was posted. Zipper kruder makes you feel like you're going to receive good candidates and I did not receive a single one. I don't believe that $560 should be charged if I did not receive a single candidate. The woman on the phone made me feel like I was to blame for not finding any candidates. I am a small business owner and I hate taking a $560 blow for nothing. I will never use zip re... read more

ZipRecruiter is horrible! I signed up for what I thought was a trial and ended up paying $800 a month without knowing it. I couldn't figure out why my business was losing money each month until my biller came across charges from ZipRecruiter. They were billing me twice a month. I called stating I never received any invoices. I was told they do not send out invoices. That I am just billed every month. That's a horrible service! I want a full refund for all charges. Beware! There are other hiring sites that are a lot better wi... read more

I think this company is horrible. All the communication I had trying to find information out about my account was through chat. All three reps where rude, sarcastic and of no help. I was charged $544 for 2 weeks and 4 days was based off of a free trial. I then canceled due to lack of candidate's. I have it in writing that I would no longer accrued any charges and the $544 was all I owed. The $544 was from the 4th of March to the 15th. Then on the 18th they charged me $240. I reached out multiple times and was told no supervi... read more

Same as everyone else, they charged me $500 bucks per month for 3 months even though I cancelled the listing. No email notifying me of upcoming charges, no invoice mailed, nothing. Even when I finally got it stopped, they still tried to charge me. It seems they have a business model in place to actually make it easy for them to rip people off. Just very bad customer service, with no regard for the future.

Put one ad on for a month, I boosted it. The explanation of how they charge is very misleading and not like indeed, where they charged me per application. I just got a charger for over $*** for 1 month and got 1 candidate! One candidate that wasn't even fully qualified for the job! I'm a small business trying to get started and that is a excessive charge! ****** I got 7 candidates in 2 months and charges under $***. Don't sign up!!!

Zip recruiter charged my agency over $1,200 to post 7 jobs and promised that it would include targeted recruitment. We ended up getting only 3 candidates - all either unqualified or not living in our location. When I contacted our assigned recruiter, he said that was the package we ordered, it was the next level up that would give us "targeted recruitment". What a waste of $1,200. Do not list with them, they are rude, deceptive, and do not deliver what they promise.

Ziprecruiter's service was a complete waste of my money. Return on investment was zero. Had I not called and complained after the first 30 days I would of spent nearly $1200-$1300 on a job posting that yielded ZERO results. When I invest $1200 to attract employees and it doesn't generate any positive leads I am very frustrated to say the least. I think being a business you can understand. In addition I think your website terms are misleading because I was never under the impression that is cost $16 per day to post a job. May... read more
