If you are looking to be ripped off, this is the perfect site for you. Misleading billing (significantly over planned amount), and on top of that zero qualified candidates. I am not rating them low because of the lack of candidates, it is because of their misleading billing. After speaking to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do about it, "but the job is closed now so you won't be further billed"...... We paid $1100 for a couple month service and only received applicants that had every letter in the alphabet for the name. The names don't even look legit and they didn't even seem like real people. This website is a scam, DO NOT USE THIS FOR HIRING!

These people do not care to fix their website and app. Completely unable to apply for jobs at all. Other apps don't have as much selection as this one does in my area. You click the 1-tap apply button, gives you an error, you click the button when you want to apply externally on the companys site through ziprecruiter, it gives an error. Every single time. ZipRecuiter has always been the job forum that I heard about the most. So I downloaded the app to, due to health issues, look for a remote job. It took a little while but I finally got a message from a company that was interested. We went through the whole hiring process, I was given the job agreement and things were going good. I put my 2 weeks in at my other job and after my 2 weeks were up and it was time for me to start my new job, I found out that the job was a scam. Now not only will I not get the job I applied for, there's zero change I will be able to apply in the future, all because ziprecruiter no longer allows us to change the application, that last application is still there, but its customized to completely different job! They didn't even have the decency to tell me this first. Making it look to the employer like I made the mistake. And you stupid bot is useless!!!!!! What a worse recruiter we ever hire inflate the bills. We got one candidate that even close to what we need! Never hire this recruiter take money right away without no outcome! **** on small business like us charge outrageous amount for no result. **** and take so much money for no result what a scam!

fraudulent business practices and company that prays on small businesses. Signed up for free trial and ziprecruiter said I would be notified before the trial ended and I was never notified. I never got any quality candidates and was charged almost $2400. I called and they said there was nothing they could do to help.
