!!!Beware!!! Had my job posting up for 40 days with 20 total views and was charged $600. After i canceled my subscription with them, only then they reached out to "help" improve my listing description and title to reach more people. will never use zip recruiter ever again!!!! SCAM

ZipRecruiter gave / sold my information. I am getting bombarded with emails from all sorts of companies. I've contacted ZipRecruiter to have my name removed, but it has not stopped other companies from contacting me.

Terrible online recruitment company. I gave them a shot, did the free trial, let it go for about 14 days after the free trial. Paid for two job listings. Requested refund as I only received 3 applicants and I do not believe they even applied or know that I had their information. I called/emailed and no response from all 3! I also got scammed by ZipRecruiter. They hide in fine print that they will charge your card an absurd amount per day. Then don't send you the invoices or emails until it's too late and you've paid thousands. I never agreed to pay for their service. I have been on hold with them for over 2.5 hours. Zip Recruiter helped my find a sales job faster than I expected! The algorithm works in a way that it recommends jobs that you are eligible for. I just love the one-tap apply system. Works wonderous. This type of app is exactly what you need specially during a pandemic and economic crisis. I'd recommend it to all job searchers out there. I got a job through this app without spending a penny! Sad to see such low review ratings though...

This is the worst company I have come across. Started a free trial, never received any emails, two months later I owe them $1200. No emails about candidates, no emails about invoices, no emails about help or services. Just a complete SCAM! I feel so sick knowing so many others have been taken advantage of by their sleazy, apparently legal, tactics. I will not stop until I can leave a review on any site that will listen and prevent people from being taken advantage of by this awful company. So sickening.

Do NOT use their service, it's absolutely awful. Terrible candidates. Non-responsive. This whole thing is a complete SCAM. Lots of money paid, absolutely zero results. We put the same posting up ourselves on other job posts and received qualified and responsive candidates. BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS - THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE.

HORRIBLE!!!! I signed up for a NO PLANS job posting for $30. Then they make you check a terms and conditions tickbox to pay via credit card. Hidden somewhere in the tickbox terms and conditions that they know nobody reads, is apparently an agreement for $24/day subscription after a 30 day free trial. This is done WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT CONSENT. Horrendous customer service. I started out with a free trial, having no idea that after the free trial I was going to be charged $24/day to post a job. I simply thought it would be $25 a month so I didn't think there was much risk to at least trying. I then was then, without any knowledge, billed $504. The same exact story as everyone else below. Stay far far away from ZipRecruiter. I will be finding other places around the web to post negative reviews so that other small businesses like my own are not taken advantage of.
