This company is horrible. They have under lying fees that aren't told up front. I placed 4 job ads and never received a qualified person that I could hire or interview. They kept charging our credit. Called to talk to them about it and they wouldn't help us. Their service is horrible. They will not stand behind anything.
Employees can't even write a review about their employers on this recruiting website. Hiding this information creates an uninformed hiring process which benefits the employer. Clearly these employee experiences are being suppressed so businesses can find more workers.

Do not use this company. Please read the 88 1-star reviews. I have a small business and needed a part time helper. I put an ad on Ziprecruiter with the 4-day Free trial. I had no intentions of paying $25/day for this position and I knew that I would be charged if I did not cancel after the Free trial. I posted the ad on 08/20/20 and I did not receive any calls to fil the position and on 08/23/20, I went back to my account and cancelled the ad. We own a small landscape company. We were charged over $500 and didn't receive one lead per email for the month of August. I called to figure out what happened and They told me it was my fault and refused to refund anything. Talked to the supervisor and he said "my account is not eligible got a refund". I took a screen shot of my email both the invoice and deleted to show them I wasn't pulling one and they still wouldn't refund anything. They wouldn't even tell me what they were charging me for! We cancelled in 5 days then I get a charge for $504 on my AMX I dispute the charge and blocked then blocked ZipRecruiter from charging anymore. Then I get a bill for $312 jus proves even after you call them up and shut them down on a credit card block the account dispute it they still keep running the up charges . Massive bad reviews of the same thing completely ripping people off . I'll contact the ziprecruiter's numbers of times they could care less about the situation they've done nothing to resolve it

Do not use ZipRecruiter by any means! I needed to hire a Registered Hygienist rapidly because my current employee had a death in her family and she had to tend to her mother who is blind. I recently reopened my practice after being shut down for 3 months due to COVID-19. On several occasions when attempting to review or apply for job listings posted by Ziprecruiter, a message appears asking what email address should the Hiring Manager use. When my emails address is entered, another message appears that states Ziprecruiter already has my email address and they will send a verifying message. But, no such message is ever received.

Our company had same experience as morgan b. Hidden fees, tried to recharge credit card, lied about job seekers. We got absolutely no response from these hundreds they claimed had "just signed up in our area." We live in Massachusetts with strict laws. I am contacting the AG's office today. Their service is a major scam.
