I was charged $150 for a car that wasnt safe to drive, then they refunded to another car that was cheaper but still charged me the same price its been going downhill
They will charge you $200 if you 15 minutes late returning the car this company is a rip off need to be put out of business
Zipcar did not send me a speed camera violation for over 60 days - so i lost my right to dispute and was charged fine and their $30 fee. When I spoke with a manager they said its the policy. Theres zero care and or understanding from them. I explained I never received ticket and just wanted $30 fee waved. They didnt care so I cancelled my membership. Been with them for years now theyve changed! DONT JOIN THEM.
I was treated unfairly while renting from this company poor customer, over charge me for a car that did not have proper maintenance on it. Double charging and locking ?? doors I don't feel it's ****** how they treat people.
If I could give it 0 stars I will Terrible customer service I will cancel my membership and never rent again from then There staff are not trained They take the customers as a joke even laughing when you ask for them to adress your concern Hanging up the phone when asked to speak to a supervisor And supposedly the supervisor will call you back and never do Terrible
I couldnt see the cost of the cars until I paid a $25 application fee, only to find that all of the cars are ridiculously expensive. I asked for the charge to be refunded, but they refused to refund it even though I called immediately after saying to cancel my application. there was literally no services provided to me for that money and I cannot recommend zipcar less.

I've cancelled my Zipcar account.... what started out as a great service has turned into an expensive nightmare... Prices have gone up while service as DECLINED tremendously!! As example... I reserved a car... arrived on time to pick-up... Previous driver had not yet returned the car... 20min later I contacted Zipcar support... I'm told no more cars available at the garage... Bad for business Im paying monthly fees and Im Not able to book a vehicle because they suspect fraud. I offer to come inside and show proof to everything. Reminder that before I added/remove payment methods it wasnt letting me book a car. ***** and manager **** told me 3 different excuses fraud, outages, and it took me forever to speak to a Manager
