Zero Stars!! I signed up and as soon as I did. I noticed discrepancies with set dates for the beginning and end of services. When I tried to go back to avert the charges in the charges screen. Their App wouldnt let me. That supposed free month isnt free and it isnt a whole month either. Same thing for the damage coverage. It has a set date, just as the membership. Predatory, discriminatory, and disrespectful to it's customers. Overdrafted my account through multiple charges and then charged a late fee on top of that.

I made a reservation in ****** 2025. Within the hour I called Zipcar to cancel reservation and insurance membership and request refund. The gentleman I spoke to I explained I would no longer need vehicle reservation and insurance membership and needed to cancel it both. I was told not to worry that it was taken care of. I was going to be refunded $227.77in total. I asked him again if that included the insurance membership because I would not use it. He responded, yes. It would be 3-5 business days to receive refund. Zipcar is losing business because of its predatory policies. I live in *********** and we sometimes experience extreme traffic. I ended my trip 11 minutes after my drop off time (during a 1 hour trip that costed $15). I ended up paying an additional $62 for the 11 minute overage. If that isnt predatory and exploitive, I dont know what is. I was first provided with a vehicle that had a front-hood sensor problem. During the process of exchanging and extending the vehicle, I received verbal confirmation of my extension. However, Zipcar later claimed the process did not go through. Instead of confirming this in real time, I was called twice 2 hours after my original reservation endedwhile I was asleep. I was charged $150 for a car that wasnt safe to drive, then they refunded to another car that was cheaper but still charged me the same price its been going downhill

They will charge you $200 if you 15 minutes late returning the car this company is a rip off need to be put out of business
