Have to admit, I'm a computer guy who's difficult to please. Have been using QuickBooks since the dawn of time and was finally over it. The concept is great, but it's lacking transparency and has bugs. No where within the authenticated interface when the user is connecting their Stripe account, which is actually setting up a new account, not connecting to an existing one, is the user informed of the EXCESSIVE delay it will take for them to get their money. Once you do get paid, once again, no clue as to when you are going to get paid. i just switch to Zipbooks today from BillingPro, I love it however one thing I'm stuck is not being able to switch rate per hour to FLAT RATE. in estimates or invoicing
I test drove ZipBooks along with FreshBooks, and was completely impressed with ZipBooks! Super easy interface, fast support response times, friendly customer service. Great job, ZB!
I have been using ZipBooks for a couple years (2015) and have watched it develop into what it is today and can say without a doubt that this is one of the very best products of its type available on the market today. If you consider the cost to use it, IT IS THE BEST! I have at one time or another used almost every similar product and been unhappy with most.
