easy to use invoicing with really helpful customer service chat. unpaid invoice reminders are a life saver. accepting payments is a breeze. would recommend to about anyone who needs an invoicing platform. the reports were fantastic during tax season. 6/5 stars!
Super-friendly, helpful and responsive staff you can easily connect via chat. Zipbooks works great for my accounting, time tracking and invoicing needs; it is powerful and fast, easy to access via browser (better than the app). They are constantly improving the options, functionality and interface. I had some suggestions and they are actually listening to costumers. I migrated to Zipbooks from a more expensive tool at the beginning of the year, and it is really working for me.
ZipBooks provides exactly what I need. I have been using ZipBooks for a couple of years now and am happy with it thus far! Please tweet, post on FB or both when there are technical issues that have been identified, so users know that the issue is being handled. Thanks!
