I am the cloud software admin for a small tutoring business. Zipbooks has been an outstanding addition to our company management. Clients and invoices are created and tracked using both the mobile and desktop systems. The time tracker has been a fantastic mobile tool for our team! Support is very quick to respond as well as friendly/professional at all times. The only thing I could wish for would be to have time tracker tally the hours per team member (so I know what I owe them too) - that would make it 5 full stars!
Zipbooks has some areas that need work, but its team will take the time to listen, and that is worth its weight in gold - and since it's free you're making all the figurative profit! When technical things arise, I have always received a fast response and an "over and beyond" personal approach. Zipbooks is a great program that is only growing and getting better.
Switched over from Wave because I had pretty constant problems with Wave linking up with my bank account, and I love it. While there are a couple of bugs here and there, there's nothing major and it works really well overall! Plus, after you reach out to support for help, the bugs tend to be fixed within the day, which is pretty impressive. I talked to the founder, Tim, the other day via email and he was also super helpful. Overall, solid web app - I love it!
Zipbooks is fantastic! Simple, efficient, effective. It's a solid app that allows for quick invoicing and management. They are quick to reply whenever I have a question. Great product!
Nice simple invoicing software that is free! Has a nice mobile phone app and a web base app.
I have been using Zipbooks for almost a year now and really like it. I run a business where I have international expenses and this handles them just fine. I am so glad that I found this tool.
