Zipbooks is the best and easiest accounting software available out there. I know this because I free tried them all. They differentiate themselves by the ease of use and the app that is above and beyond user-friendly. I have access to all the features that I need even though I'm on the free plan so with the upgrade you can get access to the most powerful features available. I got paid by a client last week through a ZipBooks invoice, but the money doesn't show up anywhere and I can't figure out where it went. I tried to refund the payment, but I'm showing a zero balance. it's been a couple hours and ZipBooks still hasn't responded to my customer service request in the chat window, I'm getting nervous here.
I can't even remember how I found Zipbooks in the first place, but I am very glad I did. I have found them to be VERY responsive to my questions, and this latest upgrade has some excellent features that make my life as a book midwife/self-publishing consultant so much easier. And I just discovered that my clients have been leaving me reviews via Zipbooks. I have added the widget to my website and was able to customize it to my color palette. How nifty is that?
I've been using Zip Books for several months now. The biggest issue I have with this platform is lack of quick support. I currently have a huge issue of Zip Books not sending out invoices when they are supposed to go out. This effects my business in a big way because most customers are set up on auto-pay. I can't find a phone number for them anywhere.. only a chat-box that says they "typically respond in a day" Well, it's Friday and that means it won't be until Monday for a response. I have been using zipBooks for few years, we are in real-state business fixing and remolding homes its is a incredible accounting systems that is making our life so easy, it is a very friendly use,, keeping all closed account after downloads, creating estimates, invoices and updates all expenses, we love this system
I was searching for an easy, inexpensive, professional and trusted online tool for sending invoice and collecting payments for my business and my wife's business. After finding several options, ZipBooks became the OBVIOUS choice, and I am extremely happy I chose it. I noticed a problem on the website at 10pm at night. I had an immediate response and they had the issue resolved within 20 minutes. What GREAT service! Only a company and staff that truly care about their product would be that efficient!
