Zipbooks doesn't do credit notes which I've just discovered after several months use. An unbelievable omission. For this reason I have to give a negative review. Everything else was fine for my use.

Worst software ! customer service sucks and is never helpful . Only a fraction of my transactions show up! The whole reason for this software is to keep track of your expenses and it didn't even do that ! Worst experience ever !
*Revised* I had an issue importing transactions. Jaren reached out to help and suggested I split my import file. In my case I had 927 transactions to import. Splitting the file in half solved the problem. I appreciate the effort to solve my issue so I can continue using ZipBooks. :-) After spending more time with it, I'll update my rating again!
Do not buy the Premium feature I got scammed paid for 8 months and books are not done.
Great for New or Small Businesses! They offer many features of Zipbooks that you can use. They are constantly offering customers good products and service

Zipbooks has been one of the most helpful/essential tools for my business since day 1.
