I've been using ZipBooks for a little over two years now and I'm constantly impressed by how smoothly it works and how few problems I encounter with it. When those problems do arise, large or small, the team at ZipBooks is always able to quickly resolve the issue and get me back to work. All of the features of ZipBooks are incredibly easy to use, and I love the fact that they are constantly working to add new features to the already robust product.

Before you even go through the ZipBooks the Customer help desk response time is very awesome and on point. The services available on ZipBooks are simple and easy to use and understand for both Merl J Solutions and its Clients.
I have been using them for about a year. They are incredibly responsive and actually come up with solutions for you when you hit a wall (Yes, even on a free account!). I have used their competitors and it's a constant state of upselling and half answers. This service is extremely simple for a small business but can scale with your company. I am also impressed with the seamless addition of new features. Very easy to use for both myself and my clients.
