Switched over to ZipBooks last year and glad we made that decision. Very easy to use and company receives feedback seriously. Brad and team made the switch very easy and customer service has been top notch. With QuickBooks, we would have had to pay more for multiple people to have access. They also keep us well informed on plans for improvements and have added benefits like tax prep and payroll services - I use them all! Pleasure working with you guys from Mjoy Tickets. ;)
ZipBooks gives you a cloud-based accounting option that is beautiful, functional, and not difficult to comprehend. It's integration with PayPal and other web-based payment methods make it a great option for personal finance, eBay or Etsy users or small-businesses. The staff was incredibly accessible, friendly, and quick to respond.
I'm just starting with Zipbooks since my old Quickbooks booted me off and the company can't get me back in. So far, Zipbooks has been super easy to get started with. I'm doing two different businesses; so I have two accounts and am getting extra use. I find their super quick online help to be friendly and easy to follow. Take a look at it.
