After trying multiple web based & native invoice/accounting apps over the last 10 years, ZipBooks was finally the solution I was looking for. It's always there ready for me to track time, generate invoices and pull income reports for taxes. It gives my clients the ability to pay online, accept quotes and be interactive with the whole process. They seem to love it as much as I do.
Simplifying and modernizing my receipts system, though it can do so much more. I enjoy using ZipBooks.
Great software, free, simple and user-friendly. Developers have been doing a great job! Support - excellent! I love ZipBooks! It makes everything about running my small freelance business painless. I can track my time easily, create professional estimates and invoices, and handle all my payments--all in one place.
Best UI of any of these services. Super easy to use, plenty of features. Its everything we need and can't believe its actually free. There's no reason to use Freshbooks, Quicken or any of the others anymore.
I switched to ZipBooks since I was building out some software that needed to integrate with a simple accounting system. ZipBooks has fulfilled that need and then some. Yes, it's new software, and yes it does not have EVERY feature included with some of the other major players... But in my mind, at least in the small business realm, that's a good thing. Excited to see the next version!
I use ZipBooks for my freelance design biz. Super easy to create invoices and keep track of my payments, expenses, and clients. It's a breeze to use and it's free..can't beat that! :)
I'm an English major, so I don't do numbers all that well. But ZipBooks makes it easy. It's such an intuitive interface, and it provides all of the functions necessary to run my own business.
