Great job! Carpets are so soft and clean! Excellent customer service...arrived exactly when they said they would. Were very thorough and also quick. My carpets were only 7 months old, but with dogs and the wind that blows dirt all the time, they felt dirty. Not anymore!! Will absolutely call again!!!!!

Was very suprised how clean they got our carpets. They were very dirty with stains from kids and pets and were able to lift it all up. Plus the workers were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely do business with them again!
I love this carpet cleaning company. The Technician that came today was a very nice gentleman and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I would recommend them.
Michael came and did our 2 areas and stairs today....he was very polite; gave us plenty of options on stains and future preventative treatments. Also their customer service; calling me to let me know he was running a little behind in another home and updating me on his arrival time makes it so easy to work with. Michael Mann did an excellent job today cleaning my carpet. Definitely will tell my friends about Zerorez. Very pleased. He was friendly and social. He answered all our questions. Great job Mann. I was worried we'd have to purchase new carpet. No worries now.
We had our air ducts cleaned. I thought they would also clean the furnace..... nope. When I called the response was “ I’m sorry for your confusion, I’ll let me manager know.” I was not confused. I was requested to clear a large area around my furnace 3ftx 5ft. They tech never even went near the furnace. In a small home, the space was significant and I spent my time clearing out storage and a washer and dryer so there was access as requested.
