a blind man would have cleaned more carpet then the technician that came to my house. did not clean half a bedroom because a rolling chair was blocking him.
I was very pleased with Zerorez. Checked for special spots, communicated when coming, explained procedures and was courteous. I would recommend them.
Very pleased with the service and the representative that came out! He did a walk though and let us know what was expected and didn’t try to over sell us on extras. Will use again
great customer service, the tech was so friendly and helpful, he explained all the work and was totally ok that we had our rambunctious 4 year old running around, our carpets/area rugs look so good, that's saying a lot with having two kids plus a cat, thank you Mathew.
