Got some old pet stains out that I thought was impossible. They did an amazing job!
We had our oriental rug sent to Spokane for cleaning. We we told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. After about 6 weeks I called to get a status and we were told again that it could be up to 8 weeks. Two weeks later at 8 weeks it returned. I assume they don't get a lot of demand for this service and try and batch process setup.. Much to my surprise, the carpet did have a mild odor that took a few days to dissipate.
My older carpets plus chair was cleaned yesterday. Fernando was the tech and he was Great!!! He took his time, answered my questions and cleaned everything. It look so nice for company. Thank you.

We’ve lived in our home for almost two years now and kept saying we’d clean the carpets ourselves, but have been too busy. I finally gave in and started looking into carpet cleaners locally. I was highly intrigued with Zerorez because of they don’t use chemicals and had really good reviews. They were on time, technician was very nice. I feel.so much better going into my house knowing the ductwork is clean and the carpets look great. I will definitely use them again.
