Tech was only here for 45 mins for 3 large rooms. My carpets looked worse not sure how that’s possible.. waste of 300$. Go somewhere else!

We bought our house in August. We had zero Rez come out and clean the carpets. When they were finished we noticed not only spots but along every baseboard VISIBLE dirt. We called zero Rez back our. Their tech said “our cleaning process doesn’t remove stains. These stains can’t be removed” Today I used a $150 dollar carpet cleaner and oxy clean and got the same spots out. Zero Rez is a total WASTE of money.
