Tech Matthew was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Due to pet stains, he didn’t have high hopes & offered to test clean an area so we didn’t pay for a job we wouldn’t be satisfied with. We knew it wouldn’t be 100%, but it is 100% better! We will definitely call Zerorez next time!
We had Zerorez come out and clean our carpets and vents , the technician’s name was Michael A ( I believe), the service they provided was beyond our expectations. Thanks Michael for your hard work.
