It was the first time trying Zerorez. Fernando was on time, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. The carpets look great, but I did have concerns about the worn areas. They really dint come clean, so we tried some Resolve that we had and the spots came clean, so I'm not sure what to think about that. But overall I would use them again and recommend Zerorez.
